Tezo Express has been my creative breather from the usual technical grind. From pitching the newsletter idea to seeing it thrive for a year, every edition has been a mix of fun and fulfillment. Curating stories that spotlight our team members and capturing their voice authentically is what I enjoy most. The way the team tackles each edition, no matter how wild the idea, always reminds me why this project is special.

As the Lead Developer for the newsletter, I focus on bringing visual layouts and interactions to life—making sure everything looks great, feels smooth, and works across all devices. What I love most is turning static designs into polished, interactive experiences. One edition I'm especially proud of featured a hoverable team photo layout—it was a technical puzzle, but seeing it work beautifully was incredibly rewarding.

This role has sharpened my eye for accessibility, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

I oversee each issue from concept to polished publication, fine-tuning tone, theme, and visuals along the way. Brainstorming sessions with my team are my creative playground, where we cook up meaningful ways to connect with employees. Our first edition on mental health awareness holds a special place in my heart – it was personal and launched our process.

Seeing the team consistently pour their hearts into it and come together seamlessly feels like magic.

I co-lead the design with Chalam, curating each edition's structure. I introduced our comic strip series, capturing fun office moments, and pitched the pets feature, spotlighting teammates and their furry friends. I'm especially proud of the 8-bit eco-friendly game in the June issue. None of this would be possible without our incredibly creative team, it's their energy that brings each idea to life.

As the new content creator for the newsletter, I'm starting my journey by crafting today's interactive section. While I haven't had a "signature" piece yet, I was awestruck by the nostalgic "This or That" of last edition. I'm truly proud of our collaborative thought process and execution. This role fuels my creativity, pushing me to exceed expectations.

I've learned that teamwork amplifies our efforts, achieving more together than alone. 

I'm a Software Engineer who loves turning creative ideas into seamless, functional designs. Curating our internal newsletter has been a fun challenge—each edition pushes me to think fast, work smart, and collaborate closely with the UI and Marketing teams. I enjoy the process of transforming raw concepts into something engaging and impactful.

Tight timelines aren't a hurdle—they're a creative opportunity, and I take pride in what we've built together.

I mostly lead interactive sessions for Tezo Express and enjoy brainstorming fresh ideas together. The Children's Day edition, full of childhood nostalgia, remains my favorite. It's pushed me to think beyond trends and taught me the power of collaboration, and constantly inspires fresh, meaningful content creation.

It has also helped me embrace new perspectives, encouraging me to approach challenges with curiosity and open-mindedness.

I'm the developer behind the newsletter page, working alongside my teammate Surya. We split tasks and sync up to make everything come together seamlessly. What I enjoy most is building animations—there's always something new to learn, and it pushes me creatively. One standout moment was the February edition, where we pulled off a smooth card animation after a lot of trial and error.

This project has sharpened my frontend skills and shown me how small design details can transform user experience.

As the designer behind Tezo Express, I get to shape the entire visual experience, from layout to illustrations, making sure every edition feels fresh and engaging. What I love most is the creative freedom this project offers; it's where I can truly explore my style and push design boundaries. Editions like Tech-tember and our Anniversary special were highlights for me.
