Flawless project execution led to a glowing client review and an additional project of the same size, solidifying our commitment to quality and its impact on growth. Big kudos to the tireless team of FATUM 360 for their stellar performance!
Photography, for me, is a way to freeze special moments in time, like happy smiles or the beauty of nature. These photos are magical memories I can look back on anytime. They even let me share that joy with others, especially when I capture candid moments that make people smile.

We have heard and had a lot of discussions about the importance of mental health in the workplace. Our everyday vernacular has now absorbed it. That sounds like a win, isn't it? Not quite.
Let's unpack this. OCD isn't just about being neat freaks; it's about intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that can be distressing. Depression isn't just feeling sad; it's a deep, ongoing feeling of emptiness. Insomnia is much more than sleep deprivation. These aren't just labels.
I have realized that one of the best ways to learn is by listening to people who have firsthand experience of these conditions. Hearing their stories helps us understand the impact of our words and builds empathy. By having open conversations, gently correcting folks when they misuse these words, and guiding them to reliable resources, we can break down the stigma surrounding mental health.
My job is all about data and analysis, but when I clock out, it's a whole different story! Numbers turn into words, and spreadsheets transform into canvases.
Writing is my way of taking a break from the daily grind. It lets me step back and think about things in new ways, exploring all kinds of ideas, big or small. It's a constant journey of discovery, fuelled by curiosity about the world around me.
I believe poetry is a way to express emotions that are harder to explain with plain language. Think of it as using words to paint pictures and tell stories that go beyond the facts.
Finally, sketching brings me back to the present moment. It's not about creating perfect pictures, but about enjoying the act of creating itself. Each stroke of the pencil is a chance to focus on what's happening right now. I may not be a master artist yet, but I'm always learning and growing with every drawing!
So, the next time you see me lost in thought, don't be surprised! I might be crafting a story, feeling the rhythm of a poem, or simply getting lost in the relaxing world of sketching.
