TEZO EXPESS

Towards the Playground of Memories

November 2024, Edition #7

As November rolls in, we’re welcomed by the cool autumn breeze and a season that naturally stirs nostalgia. This edition is here to take you on a stroll down memory lane, celebrating the spirit of Children’s Day and embracing those moments that made our childhood unforgettable.

We’re diving into the classic quirks of the 90s and exploring the playful clashes between Gen Z and Millennials—a friendly “war” that brings back the best of each generation! Plus, don’t miss our special feature on Tezo’s little ones, where we shine a light on the energy and innocence that remind us of the joy in simplicity.

As you finish this edition, we hope the memories bring a smile and spark the urge to reach out to old friends. After all, joys are best shared with those who lived them with us.

Every career features a mix of rewarding moments and challenges that shape our identities. My journey is no exception. Early on, I had the chance to gain real-world insights through an onsite role, which provided me with a front-row view of client needs and sharpened my understanding of what drives true value.

The only way to stay ahead is to stay curious, to constantly build and refine our skills as technology evolves. This same drive to push boundaries reflects in my personal life as well. I’m always on the move, whether it’s on a volleyball court, in a cricket match, or exploring new things to learn.

In my downtime, I relish every moment with my kids, appreciating the balance they bring to my life. This balance extends to one of my favorite professional roles: mentoring. By understanding each person’s unique nature, I aim to inspire them, helping them find a purpose that makes coming to work each day fulfilling.

Through years of hard work, perseverance, and commitment, I’m proud to have earned the title of "Data Champion". With each step forward, I keep my eyes on a larger vision: to be part of the C-suite, to lead and drive technology forward.

From Pac Man to AI: Growing up, yet staying young

Hey there, fellow dreamers!

Ever find yourself marveling at how much has changed since we were kids? Growing up in the era of tech’s early days felt like a front-row seat to the wildest evolution ever. Remember the thrill of Pac-Man, that little yellow guy chomping away in dark arcades? Back then, hitting a high score felt like winning the lottery. Fast-forward to today, and we’re talking Valorant tournaments, battle royales, and characters with personality, power-ups, and precision like we never could have imagined.

And it’s not just the games. As kids, we’d literally sprint to pick up a ringing landline, hoping it was a friend on the other end. Now, our phones are practically our co-pilots, packed with AI assistants, all-seeing algorithms, and apps for everything from meditation to mapping out the next family holiday. We’ve gone from waiting all week for one TV show to having Netflix binge-worthy suggestions tailored to us before we even know we’re in the mood for a thriller or comedy. (Psst. Watch The Diplomat Season 2)

But here's the thing: in a world where tech keeps speeding up, maybe it’s just as important to *slow down* and hold onto the stuff that keeps us young at heart. As we chase goals, launch apps, and redefine digital everything, maybe there’s still room to see the world like we did back then—with wide-eyed wonder and an urge to just play.

So, let’s keep that little spark alive, the part that sees fun and possibility in everything. Because no matter how far tech takes us, a little dose of childhood wonder makes the ride a whole lot more fun.

Cheers to staying young!

Growing up, I never really had the chance to explore much, and the pandemic only added to the delays. But recently, I’ve started embracing travel bit by bit, taking short trips around my region whenever I get a break.

At first, I meticulously planned each destination, sticking to well-known spots. Then, I met an adventurous group of friends who shared a love for offbeat paths.

One unforgettable journey was through the Bandipur to Ooty forest route. It was an experience words barely capture witnessing wildlife in their natural habitat, surrounded by serene landscapes, facing unexpected challenges, and feeling the thrill of the unknown.

Offbeat travel taught me that it’s okay to veer off course—it’s often where the best memories lie. Now, I’m ready to push my boundaries even further and explore the world beyond. Just take the first step; the rest will follow!
