A Career Shaped by Resilience and Ambition

Syai Desam

Our Pragmatic Lead Developer

My career began during a recession, moving to Hyderabad in search of opportunities. Despite the struggles, my commitment to continuous learning propelled me. This dedication has been pivotal in my journey to where I am today.

Growing up, my father was a significant motivational factor in my life. Watching him build a steady career inspired me to aim high and make my family proud. His humility has been the guiding force in shaping my approach towards life in all spheres.

I prioritize understanding different perspectives - with my young child and mentoring colleagues. This empathy strengthens my connections and fosters a supportive work environment.

With a burning desire to make a significant impact, I aspire to lead an organization one day. I am confident that my determination, coupled with my ability to learn and grow, will pave the way for this ambitious goal.

There's something undeniably exhilarating about hopping on a bike and hitting the road. For me, the freedom to go anywhere, at your own pace, is an intoxicating feeling.

From the serene beaches of Goa to the lush landscapes of Wayanad and the ancient ruins of Hampi, I've had the privilege of exploring countless destinations on two wheels.

It's truly magical about experiencing the world from the saddle of a bike. Every trip, whether it's the breathtaking views of Ooty or the challenging rides through winding mountain roads, fills me with a sense of wonder.

There's a whole world out there waiting to be discovered out of the work and my notepad is already filled with countless plans for various destinations. If you're eager to join me on one of these journeys or simply want to share your love of biking, feel free to reach out.

Welcome to the age of AI where the machines can predict your shopping habits but still can't figure out if pineapple belongs on pizza. Priorities, right?

Gen AI is like the overachieving, self-righteous potato in our menu that goes with every dish effortlessly. From writing essays to handling your social media to #OOTD suggestions, AI does it all. Maybe someday it will generate a genie as well! Or is it the genie itself?

Well! The legendary question here to ask is: What can't Gen AI do?

In a world where AI can predict your next purchase with eerie accuracy, it's still clueless about “Which is the best Biryani, Hyderabadi or Lucknawi?” —I guess even algorithms have their limits on settling legendary debates. But let's face it, without a physical brain, it's not exactly equipped to handle the nuances of human thought and emotion. Speaking of which, communicating in plain old human language? Nope, not happening. Gen AI speaks in code, not in colloquial banter.

Gen AI might ace a chess game, but it couldn't navigate a family holiday dinner without causing an incident. It can generate the perfect meme, but it can't figure out why your plant is dying despite its "how to revive my dying plant” advice.

In a nutshell, while Gen AI might know everything about everything, it's still baffled by the fine art of handling real-life messiness, it's still figuring out how to “speak human.” And hey, maybe that's where the true magic lies - in the imperfections that make us all human.

Right Place To Be
We might have seen a hundred memes questioning why we chose to become engineers, but deep down, we know this is where we're meant to be—chasing a hundred million dreams.
Starting my journey from an arts background to becoming a Lead UI Developer has been rewarding. The early challenges, especially navigating client interactions, pushed me out of my comfort zone. But every hurdle became a learning opportunity. Now, I'm deeply grateful for the growth, knowing I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.
Naresh Gangadhara
Lead UI Developer
Ever since 8th grade, when I first started learning Java, I knew I wanted to be in this field. My curiosity pushed me to go beyond just the curriculum and understand real industry needs. I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had, and I know they're helping me pave the way to one day building something of my own.
Mohan Arolla
Junior Software Developer
I vividly remember disliking physics, which led me to pursue computer science. Now, two years into this field, I feel immense gratitude for my journey, especially coming from a middle-class background and I'm excited to keep learning and grow more, especially towards DevOps.
Saurabh Kumar
Junior Software Developer
Starting out as a mechanical engineer, I found the financial landscape challenging. Moving into front-end development, I finally feel like I'm in the right place. Debugging and coding give me the satisfaction of understanding both perspectives. My goal is to build something of my own, enjoying every challenge along the way.
